Guest uploads and gallery access
The guest steps are familiar on both services: open a link or scan a QR code, select content, and upload from a phone browser. Guestpix says guests can add photos, videos, and guestbook messages without an app or registration. Kululu’s upload guide describes guests opening the album, tapping “Add to album,” and selecting files or a text post.

Guestpix’s wedding packages list a photo and video slideshow, content moderation, and written and video guestbook features. The moderation terms differ by plan. Guestpix lists content moderation for Classic, Signature, and Signature Bundle. Kululu’s manual approval guide says that requiring approval before guest uploads appear is a Pro feature. Upload windows, access, and storage
Guestpix’s wedding pricing page gives each package a different timeline: 3 months to upload and 12 months of hosting for Classic, 12 months for both upload and hosting with Signature, and 24 months for both with Signature Bundle. The Bundle includes three separate galleries; the single-event packages include one. The page says hosting for the Bundle starts on the purchase date, while the other package terms say hosting starts from the event date.
Kululu separates the time guests can add content from the time people can view and download it. Its upload-time guide lists 24 hours for Free, 30 days for Plus, and 3 months for Pro. Also account for the cost of saving media elsewhere if you want to keep access beyond the plan’s hosting or media-access period.
Choose Guestpix if its written and video guestbook, moderation tools, or longer upload window on Signature or Signature Bundle match how you plan to use the gallery. Classic has a shorter upload period, so check that package carefully if you expect guests to send photos well after the wedding.
Choose Kululu if you want to try a free plan or use its live Photo Wall, and the Free plan’s 100 uploads, 24-hour upload time, and 7-day media access are enough for your event.
