Published

Guestpix, Kululu, and WedUploader currently list live slideshow or photo wall features. Wedding Photos QR's published product information describes a shared gallery and a post-wedding download, but does not list a live slideshow or reception-screen mode. I checked the providers' official information on October 5, 2026.
| Platform | Live reception display? | Access and plan notes |
|---|---|---|
| Wedding Photos QR | No slideshow or photo wall is listed in its published feature description. It describes a shared gallery for guests' photos and videos. | Create a gallery for free and decide after the wedding whether to pay for the full-gallery download. Check the product and pricing information for current terms. |
| Guestpix | Yes. Its live slideshow displays guest photos and videos on a screen. New uploads can join the slideshow when Live Refresh is enabled. | The slideshow is included in paid packages. The host creates it in the event dashboard; Live Refresh is a slideshow setting. See Guestpix's slideshow instructions and wedding pricing. |
| Kululu | Yes. Its Photo Wall is a real-time slideshow of guest uploads that can run on a TV or projector. | Kululu lists the Live Photo Wall among the features included in all plans. It runs from a web link on an internet-connected device. See the plan details and setup notes. |
| WedUploader | Yes. Its fullscreen slideshow/photo wall can add guest uploads in real time; it also offers a static slideshow for selected photos. | Sign up and create an album, then purchase premium access. WedUploader says a one-time premium purchase unlocks its premium features across albums. Its pricing page also says the host can choose which photos to display or keep private. |
What counts as a live slideshow?
An online gallery is an album guests can browse. A slideshow or photo wall is designed for a TV or projector, with photos arranged to play on their own. A guestbook collects messages and serves a different purpose from either display.
For a reception display, check that the provider supports a screen mode and find out whether new uploads appear automatically. Guestpix requires the host to enable Live Refresh for incoming photos to be added during the event. Kululu describes its Photo Wall as a web link that can open on an internet-connected screen. WedUploader describes both real-time and curated slideshow options.
How to choose for your reception
If seeing guest uploads on a screen during the reception is part of your plan, compare the platforms that list that feature and confirm it is included in the package you intend to use. For Guestpix, check the paid package and enable Live Refresh before the event. For Kululu, test the Photo Wall link on the screen device and make sure it has internet access. For WedUploader, check premium access and choose whether the display should show new uploads or a curated set.
Before the wedding, test the full setup: connect the device to the venue screen, open the display link, and upload a test photo from a guest phone. Check moderation and visibility settings too, especially if you want to review photos before they appear publicly in the room. A slideshow feature does not mean every upload is automatically suitable for projection.
If you mainly need a place to collect photos and videos, a shared gallery may be enough. Wedding Photos QR's published product details describe that collection and download flow. If you want a reception display, confirm the slideshow access terms and test the setup with the screen you plan to use.
